Sämling Südsteiermark 2020 Hängende Gärten

7,5 g/l acidity TA 10 % ABV screw cap 0,75 l size 2021 – 2025+ best enjoyed 30,5 g/l residual sugar 34 bis 49 years aged vines

Bomb bouquet! With a whole handful world of aromatic . From exotic scents like mango, apricot and honeydew melon to floral touches. The vibrant acidity meets the slightly higher residual sugar at eye level, thus keeping the balance. This exciting balance paired with the intense aromatic play brings a lot of fun in the glass. (Jan-Hendrik Maier, graduate sommelier)
